PM Modi on the occasion of Independence Day has again kept mum in respect of Poverty, inflation, unemployment etc., which were pointed out by Mayavati and other opposition leaders. Opposition conveniently forgot his mention of certain topics that he focuses upon and that is pertaining to the population issue and its control. 

He also mentioned of the local produce and local consumption that obviously he always insists upon yet get more of opposite responses from his opposition colleagues.

His announcement in context of need of creating a new ministry for the environment control that basically shall be dealing with the water crisis and his announcement of controlling the indiscriminate plastic use that arrests the ecological balances as is noticed and reported often.

Even his initiative with regards to a proposed position of someone to shoulder the responsibility of coordination with the urgent need of civilian and military relationship together with the address of the defense priorities and safety, assuming proposed position called Chief of Defense Staff.

While Mayavati’s advice to PM is to look and take note of the people’s plight and create an atmosphere of fearless environment for all without mentioning what kind of fear people are facing with has no indication for PM to truly grasp and implement. Therefore, this appears more of opposition in principal and not a concrete suggestion for the incumbent to truly ponder over practice and adopting the same. She showed her concern for slowing down of economy while PM’S assertion is that we shall be a developing economy in ensuing five years.

PM did make a mention of one nation, one pole and one nation one tax which is well placed now with the changing situations for which Mayavati also made a special mention.

The point here off course is that now with the second tenure of his, PM Modi needs to be more pragmatic and vigilant with his preaching and implementing, otherwise his ideology that are principally very attractive good and appears showcasing the good for the people in general must appear in practice as is claimed for.

Should the PM take this as an acid test for his promulgation must find its space in reality to make his opposition stay with the surprises.
