Amended Motor Vehicle
act for safe mobility
Motor Vehicle act that with the relevant amendments is now voted to
enact and appears a serious step in the context.
Transport Minister Gadkari has a model for the better national policies
in consultation with the state transport ministers as reported, the consensus
of the committee has been a draft element for the enacted act with few on
time changes that were included at the course of finally passing the bill.
The true challenges as always remains with all the new reforms is the
curiosity and mental makeup of sharp and meticulous implementation at the grass
root.
In spite of all the model rules, the significance of the amended act
shall meet its fate only with the concrete plans and determination of
executions notwithstanding the intentional violations and inevitable approaches
to wave off or dishonour of the penalization or booking of the respective
crimes.
Considering the increased rush, the challenges of managing the traffic
has obviously become very important whether in the city or on highways. The
need is not only to make people aware but put a brake on their speeding bikes. Imperative
is to constantly council youth who tends to speed up the vehicle and are at the
high risk of accidents. Drunk driving without dispute is suicidal and risk for
the other’s yet the self-realization only may lessen the issues pertaining to
this.
The civic sense off course remains the most important.
Perhaps a concern for the conditions of roads coupled with its
maintenance on regular basis may as well be instrumental in bringing down the
accidents episodes considerably. However, the same requires the coordination of
the concerned departments and timely correction with the team work.
Other aspects that Mr Gadkari has always been mentioning as a limiting
factor for the improvements of the road safety is obviously the very modus
operandi of the transport offices that undoubtedly needs a different reform and
calls for serious introspection, which time being does not show any ray of
hopes, yet this is always prudent to be positive for every new changes for
changes they say are always for better.
