Through the practice of Transcendental Meditation we don’t try to address the stress and impurity of mind and body directly as we don’t remove the darkness from a room. Instead, through the regular practice of TranscendentalMeditation we create increasingly coherent by functioning in mind and body. Then, just as the darkness disappears when we bring a light into a dark room, the stresses and impurities in mind and body simply fade away. — Brahmachari Girish Ji
