केवल पद, सिंहासन या धन प्राप्त करके कोई राजा नहीं बन जाता। राजा तो सर्वसमर्थ, ओजवान, तेजवान, विकसित व परिष्कृत, चेतनावान व्यक्ति ही होता है।
